摘要：主要介绍了目前我国工程机械设备钢结构用的一种重防腐涂料。从重防腐涂料理化性能、涂层配套体系、施工工艺及技术经济成本等方面，通过与普通溶剂型涂料对比，得出重防腐涂料综合性能优良，涂装工艺适应性较好，能够满足工程机械行业当前极端环境下5~15 a的长效防护要求，在工程机械行业具备实施应用可行性。

Research and Application of Heavy-duty Coating on
Construction Machinery

Abstract:This paper introduces a kind of heavy-duty coating used for steel structure of construction machinery equipment in China. Through the comparison with ordinary solvent-based coatings in the coating physical and chemical properties, coating supporting system, construction technology, technical-economic cost and other aspects,the heavy-duty coating has excellent comprehensive performance, good adaptability of the coating process. It can meet the long-term protection requirement of 5 ~ 15 years under the current extreme environment of construction machinery industry, has the feasibility of application in the construction machinery industry.
