摘要：对水性涂料在船用二冲程柴油机产品中的应用进行了研究。使用水性漆与溶剂型油漆分别进行涂层性能测试，测试结果表明，水性漆涂层性能满足柴油机专利方涂装规范及企业涂装标准要求，且水性漆个别性能指标优于我公司目前使用的溶剂型油漆。同时，对水性漆施工过程中存在的问题，提出了应对措施。

Study on Application of Waterborne Paint for Marine Diesel

Abstract: Study on application of waterborne paint for 2-stroke marine diesel. Carry out film performance test with waterborne paint and solvent-borne paint respectively, result shows that film performance of waterborne paint satisfies the requirements of licensor coating specification and enterprise standard, partial performance index of waterborne paint is better than solvent-borne paint used in our factory. Solutions are proposed according to the problems of waterborne paint application.
